We are in search of a Commissioning General Manager who possesses a strong track record in leading the commissioning process and effectively managing operational services. This pivotal role involves overseeing the commissioning and launch of a new service in Bristol. The Commissioning General Manager must possess a dedication to enhancing residents' quality of life, along with adeptness in supervising, mentoring staff, financial management, and generating comprehensive reports. Do you have?
- Experienced Commissioning Registered Manager preferred, ideally with nursing qualification or experience in managing nurses in complex care settings.
- It is desirable to be a Registered nurse with current NMC registration and an active PIN.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and be capable of making tough decisions while actively managing staff with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in supporting residents with additional support/complex needs.
- Ability to interact effectively with strong personalities within the Senior Management Team (SMT), providing valuable suggestions and making decisions that benefit the service rather than simply being agreeable.
- Occasional travel required to attend SMT meetings at the head office and conduct assessments for potential service users.
