About The Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling care visits to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred support. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will manage day-to-day rotas using digital care systems, respond to changing needs, and act as a key point of contact for clients, families, and care staff. You will support compliance with CQC standards, help ensure staff supervisions and training are completed on time, and contribute to maintaining high service quality. The role includes participation in the on-call rota and offers opportunities for development within a supportive and well-structured care environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or administrative role within health or social care
- Good working knowledge of digital care planning and rostering systems
- Understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards within domiciliary care services
- Ability to manage rotas, staffing changes, and competing priorities effectively
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and care management systems
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred, depending on service needs)

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance within the care sector
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support and guide care staff professionally
- A recognised Health and Social Care qualification (such as NVQ) is desirable
