About The Role We are seeking an experienced User Researcher to collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting‑edge digital solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Moving toward our 9th year, we are an established brand, building digital products and services and championing the provision of expert talent to enhance customer and in‑house teams, satisfying all user needs. We are a professional, fun, fully inclusive and diverse digital consultancy, valuing everyone’s opinion. With a huge growth plan over the next two years, we are looking to expand our client‑facing delivery team with designers, developers, and testers as we continue to expand our project portfolio. Responsibilities Conduct user research to support new policies, identify unmet needs, and test improvements, including reviewing previous research on supplier payment services. Create a user research plan with key goals, methods, and participant criteria, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of findings. Recruit a diverse range of participants, including those with accessibility needs, maintaining a research schedule of every three weeks. Collaborate with design and development teams to design, test, and refine prototypes, prioritising research to meet policy implementation targets. Work with stakeholders to prioritise and design service improvements based on user insights, ensuring alignment with DDaT and GOV.UK standards. Continuously test and refine enhancements, validating user needs across segments with design and development teams.
