Lead and support the development of testing approaches, including AB testing and experimentation.

Present complex data in a clear, compelling way to influence stakeholders and inform change.
-
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.

Strong background in performance analysis and KPI development.

Experience with AB testing and trial design.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — able to turn data into actionable stories.
