As part of our Professional Services team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to shape and deliver high‐quality digital solutions. You will play a key role in designing clear, accessible, and user‐focused content that supports both organisational objectives and user needs. With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, you will help drive meaningful digital transformation.

Fixed‐Term Contract, Full‐time. UK‐wide, Remote.

Responsibilities
  • Lead content design activities to improve clarity, accessibility, and usability across digital services and products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals, user needs, and constraints, developing effective content strategies in response.
  • Produce clear, concise, and user‐centred content for websites, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and wider delivery teams to ensure content is seamlessly integrated into user journeys.
  • Ensure all content meets relevant standards and guidelines, including accessibility, readability, and SEO best practice.
  • Iterate content based on user research, feedback, and usability testing.
  • Advocate for plain language, accessibility, and user‐centred design principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Skills and Experience
  • Strategically shape and lead analysis as part of multi‐disciplinary teams operating within programme, portfolio, or scaled agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully contributing to the delivery of digital products and projects in the public sector, with familiarity in GDS.
  • Select the most effective business modelling techniques to help people understand complex situations, problems, and solutions.
  • Comfortable designing and influencing improvements to business structures, processes, and information flows, supported by automation and technology where appropriate.
  • Confident and clear communicator, effectively working with strategic stakeholders to establish and deliver goals efficiently.
