About the role
As a member of our Professional Services team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients\’ needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead content design efforts to improve clarity, accessibility, and usability of the FBR codebase refresh project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user needs, developing content strategies accordingly.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, applications, and documentation.
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Work with designers, developers, and team members to integrate content into the user experience seamlessly.
- Ensure content complies with standards, including accessibility and SEO best practices.
- Iterate on content based on user feedback and testing results.
- Advocate for plain language and user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
