The Role:
- Training Manager
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working
- 40 Hours a week
- Up to £45,000 Salary

Job details:
- Training Manager isresponsible for establishing the training function at Olive Dining, helping to build the skills and capability the business needs now and for the future.
- Training Manager to work closely with the People Director, operations and culinary leadership teams.
- Training Manager toidentify training and development needs and turn them into practical learning solutions that improve operational performance and develop our employees.
- Training Manager to create development pathways and supporting internal progression.
What You’ll Need:
- Hands on approach.
- Strong practical experience within Learning & Development, Training or a similar development-focused role.
- Experience working within a multi-site, operational or frontline workforce environment.
- Comfortable working in a growing organisation where training structures and programmes are continuing to develop.
This Role Is Perfect If You:
- Experience within catering, hospitality, foodservice or another operationally intensive environment.
