Olive Dining Ltd is a school catering specialist delivering fresh, nutritious meals to students across London, Kent, Surrey and Essex. We are seeking a Sous Chef for a Secondary School with a Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm schedule (40 hours) during term time (41 weeks).
The role involves feeding around 1000 students daily, working in a team of 10, and ensuring allergen management, stock control and ordering are handled efficiently.
