Job details:
- Operations Manager to manage 20 sites in and around East London.
- Operations Manager to lead, support and develop your teams, creating a positive environment where people feel valued, motivated and able to succeed.
- Operations Manager to take ownership of financial performance, managing budgets and costs.
- Operations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and schools, ensuring we deliver an excellent service and continue to develop those partnerships.
- Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve and grow your area, sharing ideas and working with the wider Olive Dining team to continually develop our service.
- Operations Manager to coach and develop future talent, helping our people progress and build successful careers within Olive Dining.
What You’ll Need:
- A hands-on and approachable leadership style, with a willingness to get involved and support your teams on the ground.
- Strong experience in a multi-site.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, schools and internal teams.
- A genuine passion for great food, high standards and delivering an excellent experience for our schools and customers.
