Olive Dining Ltd is seeking a Chef Manager for a primary school to run the kitchen from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week during term time (42 weeks). The role leads a team of four to feed approximately 400 children daily. You will manage allergens, stock and ordering while upholding high food hygiene standards.
