An opportunity has become available to join the Olive Team at one of our prestigious sites in Leyland - Preston as a Night chef supervisor.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10.30pm to 5.30am, 32.5 hours per week
Salary: Circa £30,500

What you'll be doing as a Chef:
- Assisting with preparation of all food and beverages ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.
- To assist with menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate.
- Help to ensure the smooth running of the contract at all times, especially during times of sickness, holiday etc.
Our ideal Chef should:
- Be passionate about providing fantastic food and be able to work effectively within a team.
- Possess excellent culinary skills, as well as being aware of current food trends to help ensure that our food offer is innovative and imaginative.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of cost control to ensure you help achieve budgetary targets, as well as having a positive can-do attitude.
