The Role: In this role, you will provide hands-on support to foster families and the children in their care, helping them thrive. From offering practical assistance to providing emotional support, your work will be vital in ensuring children stay engaged and placements remain stable. The role is child-focused, with duties primarily involving direct work with children and young people.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A full driving licence and willingness to use your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings when necessary
  • A positive, engaging approach to working with children and young people
  • Experience in child-centered settings
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A fun, energetic, and approachable personality
  • Experience in fostering, child safeguarding, or knowledge of The Children’s Act 1989 is a plus
