**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement and oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance procedures across the company's food supply, stock management and takeaway operations..
- Monitor compliance with relevant UK food safety regulations, hygiene requirements and industry quality standards..
- Establish and maintain quality control systems to ensure consistency, safety and reliability across products and services..
- Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions..
- Evaluate supplier performance, product quality and compliance documentation to maintain appropriate procurement and supply chain standards..
- Oversee food storage, handling, stock traceability and quality management procedures..
- Analyse operational and quality performance data to identify compliance risks and recommend improvements..
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports, audit findings and regulatory compliance recommendations to senior management..
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Quality Management, Food Science, Business Management or a related field..
- Previous experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, food safety management or a related professional role..
- Good understanding of UK food safety regulations, quality standards and compliance procedures..
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments and implementing quality improvement measures..
- Ability to develop and maintain quality control systems and compliance documentation..
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills..
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with suppliers, operational teams and management..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quality management or business systems..
