We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Lead at our alternative provision academy in Havering. The successful candidate will coordinate the academy's inclusion, behaviour, and wellbeing provision, ensuring that all pupils - particularly those with SEND, SEMH needs, or barriers to learning - are supported to engage, achieve, and thrive.

The Inclusion Lead works closely with the SENDCO, Senior Leadership Team, families, and external agencies to promote a culture of belonging, high expectations, and emotional safety.
