The Role
We’re expanding our network of world-class coaches, therapists, and psychologists—and we’re currently growing our Wellbeing Coaching team to meet demand. This opening is for future opportunities as well as live hiring needs. Sometimes we’re actively onboarding, and other times we’re pipelining for the months ahead—so responses may take time.
As a Wellbeing Coach at Oli, you’ll support clients experiencing challenges such as stress, low mood, anxiety, or motivation. You’ll help them build momentum and apply practical strategies to improve wellbeing and performance—both in and outside of work. Sessions are 40 minutes, remote, and goal-oriented. They focus on helping clients make meaningful, measurable progress. You’ll manage your caseload through the Oli platform, where you can also elevate risk and access support. You’ll join a collaborative community of therapists, coaches, and facilitators across Europe. We value curiosity, compassion, and continuous growth—and provide regular supervision.

- Help clients set and work towards wellbeing and performance goals
- Use approaches that build self‑awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy habits
- Encourage accountability and problem‑solving between sessions
- Collaborate with the wider care team and attend regular supervision
- Use digital tools (including our AI assistant, Oli) to extend the impact of your sessions
- Invoice us as a freelancer in your local currency
You’ll Be Successful If
- Fluent in Russian
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, counselling, coaching, or a similar field
- Have experience working with people facing common issues such as anxiety or depression, or general knowledge of the mental health space
- Hold appropriate accreditation or membership with a recognised professional body
- Are warm, passionate, and ambitious
- Are proficient in English (verbal and written) — additional languages are a plus
- Are adaptable and open to new processes and change
- Have a strong understanding of evidence‑based change mechanisms
- Are a quick learner who can act on feedback and reflect critically
- Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambitious organisation
- Can invoice as a freelancer in your country of residence
- Already have (or are willing to obtain) professional indemnity insurance
What to Expect Next
A self‑recorded video interview. Please note: this is a freelance position, and we cannot guarantee a specific number of client referrals. We’re a small team, so only successful applicants will receive a response.
Diversity & Inclusion
We know the tech and mental health industries have diversity challenges. Without actively addressing this, we could easily end up hiring similar profiles. That’s why we enthusiastically encourage applications from underrepresented groups. Whoever you are—regardless of age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, background, or identity—we’d love to hear from you. If you need any adjustments during the interview process, let us know and we’ll accommodate.
Who We Are
Oli is a mission‑driven mental wellbeing and performance platform built by people who’ve been through it themselves—burnout, anxiety, low self‑esteem, and all the challenges life and work can throw at you. We’re a tight‑knit team of designers, engineers, psychologists, and operators who believe that proper mental health support can change lives—if it’s delivered by the right people, in the right way.
Our co‑founders—Javier Suarez, Sançar Sahin, and Huw Slater—have built and scaled companies like TravelPerk, Typeform, Hotjar, and GetApp. They know the emotional rollercoaster of high‑performance environments, and they’re committed to building something different: a company that supports both performance and wellbeing.
If you’ve ever wished mental health support was easier to access, more practical, or just… better, you’re in good company. That’s the gap Oli is here to fill—and we’d love to do it alongside passionate freelance professionals like you.
