We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Agent to join a well-established and growing medical device manufacturer specialising in the spinal market. This self-employed role offers a competitive 25% commission on all sales and covers the South West and Wales territory.
In this role, you will sell a cutting-edge range of spinal and robotics equipment to both NHS and private hospitals. The company provides comprehensive support, including case coverage, marketing, and lead generation, to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s range of products to Spinal Surgeons and related customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
