Role Description
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Counsellors, Hypnotherapists, CBT and EMDR Practitioners to join our practice in a hybrid contract role. Based in Fareham, this role offers the flexibility of combining in-person consultations at our Segensworth centre with opportunities to work from home. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, providing personalised support to clients, maintaining detailed client records, and working collaboratively with the therapeutic team to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in delivering therapeutic techniques such as hypnotherapy, hypnoanalysis, counselling, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet individual client needs and goals.
- Confidentiality and sensitivity to client situations and challenges.
- Proven experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias, trauma, addictions, and behavioral changes.
- Relevant certifications and accreditations in EMDR, CBT, hypnotherapy, counselling, or related fields.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and scheduling.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including both in-clinic and remote session formats.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with advancements in therapeutic practices.
