Role Description These are self-employed sub-contractor hybrid roles for Counsellors, Hypnotherapists and EMDR practitioners at OLIP Therapy Ltd. The successful applicants will be responsible for: Conducting bespoke counselling, hypnotherapy or EMDR sessions specifically tailored to each client. Utilising holistic health approaches to support clients. Providing ongoing support and guidance to our clients These roles are based at our Fareham office, with the added flexibility of online sessions available for our worldwide clientele. Qualifications Proven expertise in hypnotherapy, counselling, EMDR and holistic health. Demonstrable experience in hypnotherapy, counselling or EMDR with a track record of successful client outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to empathise and build a strong rapport with clients. A relevant professional qualification in hypnotherapy, counselling and/or EMDR.
