As part of continued growth, Oliehoorn is now recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover London.
The Role
This is a field-based sales and account management role, focused on developing existing customers while driving targeted new business growth across London. You will inherit a portfolio of current customers—regular buyers and member accounts—while proactively expanding Oliehoorn’s footprint across independent foodservice operators throughout the capital. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, increasing volume, and identifying growth opportunities within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of foodservice customers across London
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth
- Win targeted new business within QSRs, kebab houses, pizza shops, fish & chip shops, takeaways, and fast-casual operators
- Work closely with wholesalers and distribution partners to maximise sales and visibility
- Act as the main point of contact for customers within the London region
- Track performance, manage your pipeline, and deliver against monthly and quarterly targets
About You
- Experience within foodservice, FMCG, or route-to-market sales/account management (preferred)
- A strong relationship builder who enjoys regular field-based activity
- Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach to account growth
- Highly organised with excellent territory management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence
