We are looking for a General Manager for the Wheatsheaf Inn in Northleach - a truly stunning pub in the heart of the Cotswolds and a flagship business within Young's. The pub has a fantastic reputation for its food offer, which is all about using local seasonal produce to delight our guests. It has its own large private dining room, perfect for parties and events, or hosting a supper club. The back garden is a generously sized slice of heaven, and part of it becomes a garden room in the winter thanks to 4 glass walls and a retractable roof. Alongside all of this, it has 14 stunning bedrooms for overnight guests.
We are looking for a General Manager that has experience working in premium settings with fresh food experience. They have a track record of running multi-faceted businesses and are people-focused and guest-centric. They are passionate about providing an incredible Cotswolds experience to all of our guests, which are a fantastic mix of locals, visitors, and regulars.
