OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Technical Administrator to support our clients projects department, located in Stallingborough, Immingham. A full-time contract position, starting beginning of July. We anticipate the contract duration to be for multiple years.
Requirements:
- Good and confident communicator
- Excellent IT skills, to enable dept training and problem solving
- Proficient in PC software Systems including Excel
- Good Knowledge of SAP systems (a superuser would be ideal)
- Run SAP Reports: Project Costs/cost centres/notifications
- Ability to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues
- Control of project procedures
- Ordering, storing and distribution of office supplies
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintenance of holiday registers and off site movements
- Maintain and supply PPE
- Various admin duties associated with the smooth running of a project/design and engineering dept.
