OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our client located in Norfolk. This is a permanent opportunity working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Duties and Responsibilities Mechanical maintenance on a variety of process plants including; pumps, vessels, separationequipment, heat exchangers, hydraulic /pneumatic and piping systems. Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings and circuit diagrams. Basic electrical work on such items as electric motors and starter circuits. Complete mechanical assembly and pipe preparation tasks. Valve repair/ refurbishment including pressure testing. Undertaking accurate CMMS report writing and record keeping, ensuring an auditable closedloop system. Operation and maintenance of the CHP plant, which includes gas compression, steam generation, electricity generation. Daily and weekly monitoring of plant. Equipment failure Root Cause Analysis. Promote and adhere to high standards of housekeeping and engineering hygiene. Successful candidate will be required to participate in an out of hours call-out rota, once deemed competent, for which they will receive additional remuneration. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications
