OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer for our client located in Scunthorpe. This is a full-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Perform structural Engineering assessments for new and existing steel structures (industrial).
- Produce Design documents, including drawings, reports and surveys.
- Act as the Technical Lead on projects as and when required.
- Undertake analysis and design using appropriate calculations and software packages such as AutoCAD, Solidworks.
- Liaise with clients and employees to ensure progress against the design deliverables.
- Effectively manage your own time to complete all work(s) ongoing.

- To demonstrate responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others around you.
- To demonstrate the reporting of any issues, incidents, near misses and good practices through safety management.
Experience
- A degree in Structural Engineering.
- Previous work (min 5 years) or work in a relatable field.
