We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Manager to grow and manage our wholesale partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working within a growing specialty coffee company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wholesale Account Management
    • Manage existing wholesale accounts and maintain strong relationships with partner cafés and businesses
    • Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers
    • Ensure orders, deliveries, and communication run smoothly
  • Business Development
    • Identify and approach new wholesale opportunities including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices
    • Grow the wholesale customer base across Cornwall and the UK
    • Represent Olfactory Coffee Roasters at industry events and tastings when required
  • Customer Support
    • Assist wholesale partners with coffee selection, brewing guidance, and equipment recommendations
    • Coordinate training sessions and coffee tastings for wholesale clients
    • Manage wholesale orders and customer accounts
    • Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
    • Work closely with the roasting and production team to ensure reliable fulfilment

Requirements

  • Experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Passion for coffee and quality products
