We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Manager to grow and manage our wholesale partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working within a growing specialty coffee company.
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale Account Management
- Manage existing wholesale accounts and maintain strong relationships with partner cafés and businesses
- Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers
- Ensure orders, deliveries, and communication run smoothly
- Business Development
- Identify and approach new wholesale opportunities including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices
- Grow the wholesale customer base across Cornwall and the UK
- Represent Olfactory Coffee Roasters at industry events and tastings when required
- Customer Support
- Assist wholesale partners with coffee selection, brewing guidance, and equipment recommendations
- Coordinate training sessions and coffee tastings for wholesale clients
- Manage wholesale orders and customer accounts
- Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with the roasting and production team to ensure reliable fulfilment
Requirements
- Experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
