Role Description
We have successfully moved past the "napkin sketch" phase. Our core MVP is developed, our data pipelines are moving, and we are now ready to scale our service to meet enterprise demands. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to take the reins of our current technical foundation and evolve it into a world-class platform for AI Data Governance and Enterprise Readiness.
- Scale the Core: Take our existing codebase and optimize it for high-concurrency enterprise environments.
- Deepen the AI Layer: Refine our integration with LLMs and vector databases, moving beyond basic RAG to sophisticated, governed AI workflows.
- Infrastructure & Security: Bridge the gap between our current dev environment and a production-grade SOC2-compliant infrastructure.
- Feature Expansion: Lead the development of new modules that help clients audit, mask, and prepare their data for AI.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including programming and software development.
- You don’t need a blank canvas to be creative. You enjoy jumping into an existing codebase, identifying bottlenecks, and shipping improvements.
- You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a recent focus on AI-driven applications.
- Expertise in Machine Learning techniques, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related algorithms.
- Ability to create and optimise large-scale AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with data governance principles is a plus.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
