Position Summary The Waitress delivers exceptional guest service by providing warm, efficient, and knowledgeable hospitality throughout the dining experience.
She ensures all food and beverage items are served according to company standards, maintains a clean and organised section, and supports smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service Welcome guests, present menus, explain dishes, answer questions, and provide attentive table service throughout the visit.
Order Management Accurately take orders, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
Food maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
Upselling maintain strong knowledge of menu items, allergens, and ingredients.
