- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience and on top of that the opportunity to earn up to £12k bonus per annum based on performance.

The Role
As a General Manager at Ole & Steen, you’ll be responsible for running one of our amazing stores. You will be an experienced hospitality professional who is able to lead a team, role-modelling positive behaviours and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
What else will you do? From greeting guests with genuine warmth to acting as a role model for our teams, always reflecting a positive attitude and excellent standards, you’ll help foster an atmosphere where made-by-hand quality meets approachable luxury. You are friendly and welcoming with an ability to make our guests feel at home in your store. You will lead from the front and inspire your teams to always provide a similarly high level of experience. You’ll have a passion for great customer service, for people, coffee, food and hospitality and be excited to join us on our mission to be the “World’s most loved bakery”.
