- Leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor) looking for next step.
- Experience in hospitality with drive to perform, positive behaviours and resilience to cope with fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, ability to have real conversations with teams and guests.
- Ability to inspire and engage team to perform brilliantly.
Responsibilities
- Run the shift and be responsible for the store in the General Manager’s absence.
- Provide exceptional customer service for guests and ensure the team are deployed effectively.
- Act as a role model for your team and be an ambassador for Ole & Steen, reflecting brand personality with positive attitude and excellent standards.
- Drive achievement of sales and other KPI’s as set by the General Manager.
- Provide clear handover during shift changes; ensure each shift is reviewed, handovers and briefings are conducted, and action plans recorded and achieved.
- Demonstrate high standard of bakery and personal presentation, adhering to good personal hygiene, uniform standards and brand standards.
- Assist in training and support of new team members, including ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Open/close the store in line with company standards, including cleaning and maintenance of brand standards.
