Ole & Steen is looking for a Junior Procurement Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and coordinate activities between suppliers and the UK team. The role supports campaigns and product development initiatives in response to requests from stakeholders within the UK Product and Marketing teams. You will work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager from the Global Procurement team in Denmark to ensure smooth and efficient supplier collaboration. This role focuses exclusively on Foodservice products and does not cover packaging or bakery ingredients. It also plays a key part in supporting supplier negotiations and tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support NPI activities, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage communication and follow-up with suppliers and external partners to address day-to-day operational challenges related to ongoing deliveries.
  • Support the Senior Group Procurement Manager in Denmark in driving supplier negotiations and managing tender processes.
