Ole & Steen is an award‑winning Danish bakery with 30 years of heritage behind us. We proudly produce fresh artisanal breads and pastries across Denmark, the UK and New York. We’ve become part of our guest’s local community; welcoming them into our store and serving them hand‑made breads and pastries made with heart, perfectly poured coffees, and a space to indulge in a moment alone or to gather with friends and colleagues. ‘Hygge’ (hoo‑gah) is a Danish term meaning to create warmth and enjoy the good things in life, with good people.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager and lead a shift in their absence.
- Greet guests with genuine warmth.
- Act as a role model for our teams, always reflecting a positive attitude and excellent standards.
- Foster an atmosphere where made‑by‑hand quality meets approachable luxury.
- Lead from the front and inspire your teams to provide a high level of experience.
- Exceed customer service expectations for people, coffee, food and hospitality.
