We proudly produce fresh artisan breads and pastries across Denmark, the UK and New York. Package:

  • Salary up to 45,000 depending on experience and the opportunity to earn up to 12k bonus per annum based on performance.

The Role:

As a General Manager at Ole & Steen, you will be responsible for running one of our amazing stores. You will be an experienced hospitality professional that is able to lead a team, role-modeling positive behaviours and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

What else you will do? From greeting guests with genuine warmth to acting as a role model for our teams, always reflecting a positive attitude and excellent standards, you will help foster an atmosphere where made-by-hand quality meets approachable luxury. You are friendly and welcoming with an ability to make our guests feel at home in your store. You will lead from the front and inspire your teams to always provide a similarly high level of experience. You will have a passion for great customer service, for people, coffee, food and hospitality and be excited to join us on our mission to be the "World's most loved bakery".
