We are looking for a passionate and skilled Artisan Baker to join our bakery team for the night shift at our Leyton location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love for baking who takes pride in crafting high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods. As an Artisan Baker, you will be involved in every step of the baking process - from mixing and shaping dough to baking and finishing our premium products using traditional methods and top-quality ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all products meet the high standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the bakery, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production goals.
- Contribute to the maintenance and operation of bakery equipment.
About you:
Qualifications: Food Safety Level 2 (preferred). Formal baking qualifications are an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a bakery, with hands-on experience in artisan or craft baking.
Skills: Attention to detail, ability to maintain high product quality and cleanliness, and contribute positively to a team environment.
Knowledge: Proficiency in artisan baking techniques, ingredient knowledge, and food safety practices. Comfortable working with various bakery tools and equipment.
Communication skills: Ability to work well under pressure, accountability for actions, and openness to feedback. A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Adaptable to fast-paced environments and willing to learn and improve continuously.
This is a full-time position requiring night and weekend availability, with 45 hours per week across 5 days out of 7.
