We decode leadership potential, distil commercial insight and quietly influence how companies evolve through talent.
Our approach is consultative, analytical and deeply human. We are swift but precise, independent in thought and grounded in trust. Our tone is direct, polished, never pompous, and always professional.
We are looking for a bright and motivated Research Analyst at the start of their career who wants to understand how leadership really works. This is a central role within our research and insight function, where information becomes intelligence, intelligence becomes impact and impact can change share prices, grow businesses and innovate on a global level.
You will explore markets, map organisations, identify exceptional individuals and interpret the stories that sit behind commercial structures. Working across multiple live mandates, you will collaborate closely with our founder and gain direct exposure to board-level decision making in a professional, high-trust environment.
If you are curious by nature, analytical by instinct and genuinely interested in people and business with a deep appreciation of the confidentiality entrusted in the knowledge we hold, we would love to hear from you.
