The Oldwalls Collection are looking for a creative, organised and commercially aware Social Media & Digital Executive to support the growth of our luxury wedding venue brands, including Fairyhill and Sant Ffraed House. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for content, a passion for social media and digital trends and a desire to develop their skills within a fast‑paced luxury hospitality and events environment.

The Role

  • Support the planning, creation and delivery of engaging digital content across social media, email and paid platforms.
  • Work closely with the wider commercial and creative teams to bring campaigns, events and weddings to life online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn channels.
  • Capture and create content across weddings, showcases, events and venue life.
  • Edit short‑form video content for Reels and TikTok.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms.
  • Support the execution of paid Meta campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Monitor engagement, trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist with email marketing and website content updates.
  • Support influencer, supplier and collaboration activity.
  • Track basic performance metrics and campaign reporting.
  • Maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic and tone of voice.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in social media, marketing or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and modern content trends.
  • Confident filming and editing content on mobile.
  • Creative eye for photography, styling and storytelling.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Passion for luxury brands, hospitality, weddings or events.
  • Basic understanding of paid social advertising is desirable.
