The Role We're looking for a passionate, organised and driven Assistant Venue Manager to become the Venue Manager's right hand and help deliver exceptional weddings and events.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in making sure nothing gets missed.
You'll work across every department, keeping teams aligned, supporting managers and ensuring plans become reality.

Responsibilities: Operational Leadership
- Support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue.
- Coordinate all departments to ensure weddings, events and busy periods run seamlessly.
- Work closely with department heads, the Operations Manager and Logistics Manager to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
- Step into the Venue Manager's role whenever required.
