As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function, inspire a high-performing team and help shape the next chapter of the UK's leading wedding and hospitality brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a passionate sales team
- Driving enquiries, conversions and revenue growth
- Refining the customer journey from first enquiry to confirmed booking
- Monitoring performance, KPIs and forecasting
- Working closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Playing a key role in future commercial strategy and growth
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Proven experience leading a sales team
- Commercially focused and target-driven
- Passionate about customer experience and team development
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Hospitality, weddings, property or other high-value sales experience is advantageous
