The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsibilities
- To prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and relevant resources for accredited and non-accredited course/s.
- To complete all appropriate administrative tasks, including completion of registers, learner agreement forms, risk assessments and records in line with Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement (RARPA).
- To guide learners and assess their work to the standards of the qualification, and assuring they demonstrate competence.
- Provide individual / group ongoing assessment to support learning in order to ensure achievement, competence and progression.
- To ensure that individual learner needs are met and progress is monitored and recorded and is reflected in lesson planning.
Key Requirements
- Teaching qualification and occupational competence in Education and / or Childcare areas
- Excellent organisational skills to deliver teaching and learning online and face to face within the Post 19 sector.
