The Governors of East Crompton St James School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, well-motivated and organised person to work as a Catering Assistant in our school kitchen. This is an exciting role that will involve working within our Federative Catering Team, assisting our Cook Supervisor serve up delicious dishes to our children and staff. Our kitchen vision is ‘Catering for Children,’ our aim is to provide nutritious meals to our children to fuel them in their learning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Cook Supervisor in serving dishes to children and staff.
- Work within the Federative Catering Team.
- Support kitchen operations during term time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in catering.
- Certificate for Food Hygiene or willingness to complete this training.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Appointment subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
