Oldham Council’s Children’s Services invites applications for a Senior Family Support Worker in Fostering.

This permanent, 36.66 hour per week role provides intensive, relationship-based support to Special Guardianship families to promote placement stability and better outcomes.

You will work directly with guardians, children and professionals to prevent disruption, deliver parenting interventions and coordinate support plans.

PACE training and trauma-informed practice are desirable.
