Oldham Council is seeking an experienced programme manager to deliver national SEND reforms within a council-wide programme. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure delivery expectations and statutory timescales support the wellbeing, inclusion and outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

You will lead and develop a robust approach to programme and project management, monitor risks and interdependencies, and work with colleagues across the system to drive efficient practices.
