The Governors of St Herbert's School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced, well organised and committed School Business Manager to join our hard-working team.
Responsibilities
- Be able to lead and support other staff confidently.
- Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
- Be an excellent team player, who is flexible and self-motivated, and has the ability to reflect and improve.
- Be willing to support the school's aims, mission and religious character.
Qualifications
- Have a Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Have excellent communication skills and competent ICT skills.
Salary and terms
- Salary: Grade 6 (SCP23-27) £34,435 - £38,220 per annum (full time, full year equivalent).
- Actual Salary: £31,502 - £34,966.
- Hours: 36.66 per week, term time plus 2 weeks.
- Start Date: 30 March 2026.
