Role Overview
To undertake site based building services equipment maintenance, including weekly and daily inspections to fulfil statutory obligations and to enable effective property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance activities, including daily, weekly monitoring to fulfil statutory obligations, maintain equipment and systems operational and enable effective facilities management.
- Provide an out of hours standby service for the building.
- Provide supervision and performance management to service providers, to support the delivery of maintenance and project works to a satisfactory standard.
Key Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (e.g. ONC/OND or equivalent).
- Proven experience working within teams and managing external service providers to deliver compliant, safe, and efficient mechanical engineering services.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services systems, statutory compliance, and health and safety requirements within a property or public‑sector environment.
