The Springboard Project in Oldham town centre is recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support students with SEMH across 14–19.

You will work within the New Bridge MAT delivering high quality, inclusive education and personalised learning.

Two posts: 36h40m per week, term-time plus 5 days; pro rata salary £21,881–£24,069 with SEN allowance £1,539.

Closing date 17 August 2026; safeguarding and partnership with teachers underpin the role.
