Overview
Midday Supervisor – New Bridge Learning Centre
Salary: NJC Point 3 – £24,796 (full time/year). Actual Salary Pro‑rata: £4,339 per annum.
Hours: 7 hours 30 minutes per week, Term Time plus 5 days (195 days).
Work Pattern: Monday‑Friday, 1 hour 30 minutes per day.
Location: New Bridge Learning Centre, Fitton Hill Oldham, OL8 2PZ.
Responsibilities
- Prepare lunch area by setting up tables and chairs and cleaning up after use.
- Assist pupils with feeding and drinking during lunchtime.
- Provide supervision and personal care support.
- Manage pupils’ behaviour and address incidents as required.
- Maintain general housekeeping of the dining area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Commitment to safeguarding young people and adherence to safeguarding procedures.
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Qualified to participate in the Keep Children Safe in Education (2023) due diligence online search.
