Are you looking for a Deputy Headship with a difference? We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Associate Deputy Headteacher to join our vibrant educational community. The post is initially based at St Thomas Moorside Primary School, where you will have 3 days teaching commitment. The Associate Deputy will have responsibility for assessment across the Federation. This role involves supporting the current Deputy Headteacher at the school and deputising at our sister School 1 day a week. The role is to allow capacity at Senior Leadership level and provide succession planning.
In addition to educational leadership, you will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and the wider community to create an inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported. This position is suited to individuals who are dedicated to educational excellence and who are enthusiastic about developing innovative approaches to inspire both pupils and teachers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the schoolβs vision and values, working alongside a committed team that strives for the best outcomes for every learner.
