At Oldfield School, we are looking for a dedicated, solution-focused Business Manager who is required to lead, operate, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems of the school while providing excellent working and recreational facilities for staff and students that facilitate delivery of an effective curriculum and extra-curricular activities. Implementing the school's health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with legislation in relation to health and safety, fire risk assessment and asbestos management will be key responsibilities as well as leading on data protection.
- Experience of a role with significant financial management responsibility.
- Track record of successful project management., Recognised degree OR a Professional qualification in a field relating to Business Management / Business Administration.
- Financial qualifications eg ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA (Desirable).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities and produce and deliver solutions that cut through complexity.
