This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax projects, ultimately assisting our clients in their journey. Other duties Include: Provide an ‘excellent client service’ experience to visiting clients and third parties by facilitating on-site meetings, including welcoming guests and ensuring their comfort. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings to optimise the efficiency of the tax team. Follow established job workflow processes to ensure timely completion of actions, preventing delays for chargeable staff. Act as a liaison between Oldfield, our clients, and third parties for information requests and meeting bookings, ensuring effective communication and that all parties are kept informed. Develop regular reports to monitor project progress, addressing any off-track projects promptly during team meetings. Assist in prioritising daily workflow and operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays. About You: You will be a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proficient in the MS Office suite, be able to handle confidential matters with discretion and approach each task with a solution-driven mindset. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively connect with team members and clients at all levels, while your ability to self-motivate ensures that you consistently deliver high-quality work.
