Main duties and responsible Include: Provide timely and efficient first-line technical support for all staff, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity; maintain AV equipment and educate staff on IT best practises. Administer software updates, propose enhancements, and implement integrations across systems to streamline operations. Maintain workstations and networks, manage user accounts and access rights, and ensure data integrity through effective backup systems. Assist with network configuration and management, monitor security tools, and conduct regular audits to uphold compliance. Work closely with the Management Team to drive IT strategies, facilitate onboarding for new employees, and stay abreast of emerging technologies. About You: You will be a dedicated IT professional with at least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within professional services. Have a solid understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking protocols. You will have a strong focus on security best practices. You’ll need great problem-solving skills and will excel in communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences. You be detail-oriented and work well under pressure.
