About the role
As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme, we are looking for a proactive Test Analyst with demonstrable experience of SAP SuccessFactors. This is a Fixed term contract expected to last one year.
Main responsibilities
- Perform various tasks, including functional/Unit, Data Migration Testing, Regression, System Integration and User Acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the QA process and best practice.
- Create and maintain test documentations, including business scenarios, test scripts and test summary reports.
- Support the Test Manager for Project and reporting activities.
- Identify, document and track defects using ALM/SharePoint Defect logging tools, resolution and reporting.
- Business test coordination and support for software lifecycle test phases.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Extensive experience of SAP SuccessFactors – Hands on testing experience and knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
- Experience of Workforce Time and Attendance application or equivalent.
- Experience of Data Migration testing from Source to Target system.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent.
- Considerable hands-on experience as a Test Analyst.
- A developed understanding of software testing methodologies and best practice.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues clearly and concisely across suppliers, business stakeholders and project teams.
- An understanding of SAP Integrations.
Please note this is a hybrid role with initial onboarding carried out on site in Solihull office. The role may also require occasional travel to other Tarmac sites.
